PCBA manufacturing capacity

Manufacturing process: 1-32 layers, minimum line width / spacing 3.0 mil, maximum board thickness to aperture ratio 30:1, minimum mechanical drill diameter 6 mil.
Surface finishes include lead-free HASL, ENIG, ENEPIG, immersion tin, immersion silver, full-board gold plating, OSP, hard gold, soft gold and gold fingers.
Materials include FR-4, high TG, halogen-free and high-frequency materials such as Rogers, Arlon, Taconic, Nelco, Taixing Microwave F4B and Isola.

1-12L metal substrate and metal core boards, 2-24L buried / embedded metal boards, cold plates and sintered boards, and 1-2L ceramic DBC boards.
Thermal conductivity: common thermal materials 1-4W/m.k; ceramic thermal materials 24-170W/m.
