Use of This Website
This website is operated by ULIKE for company introduction, capability reference, project inquiry and manufacturing service communication. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, availability or normal operation.
Website content may be updated as ULIKE improves services, equipment, processes, case pages, policies or contact details. We may change, suspend or remove website features without separate notice.
- Do not submit false, unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits or anti-spam controls.
Website Information Is Not a Final Offer
Product pages, capability descriptions, case studies, images, service notes, delivery ranges and technical examples are provided for general reference. They do not create a binding quotation, production commitment or warranty unless confirmed in writing by ULIKE.
Final scope, unit price, tooling or engineering fee, payment terms, materials, lead time, acceptance criteria, packaging and logistics requirements must be confirmed in a quotation, purchase order, contract, email confirmation or other written record accepted by both parties.
- Photos are representative references and may not match every order exactly.
- Technical feasibility depends on your confirmed files, materials and requirements.
Inquiry and Quotation Process
To receive an accurate quotation, customers should provide complete and current project materials. Missing or inconsistent information may delay review or cause the quotation to be revised.
A quotation is based on the files, quantity, approved materials, testing method, delivery request and assumptions available at the time of review. Changes after quotation may require re-evaluation.
- PCB/Gerber files, assembly drawings and coordinate files.
- BOM with manufacturer part numbers, approved alternatives and quantity.
- Testing, programming, inspection, packing and delivery requirements.
Customer Materials and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that drawings, BOM, firmware, samples, specifications and instructions provided to ULIKE are accurate, authorized and suitable for the intended project. ULIKE may ask for clarification or written confirmation before production.
If customer-supplied information contains errors, omissions, outdated revisions, counterfeit-risk material choices or unapproved substitutions, resulting cost, delay, rework or performance issues may not be ULIKE's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Confirm file version and engineering change status before production.
- Identify safety, regulatory, industry or end-customer requirements in advance.
- Keep a record of approved samples, test methods and acceptance criteria.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Customers keep ownership of their project files, product designs, firmware, trademarks and confidential technical information. Submitting materials to ULIKE grants ULIKE the limited right to use them for review, quotation, production, testing, delivery and related service communication.
ULIKE's website text, photos, layout, service descriptions, case summaries and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, scraped, republished or used to misrepresent affiliation without written permission.
- For strict confidentiality requirements, request a separate NDA before sending sensitive files.
- Do not submit files that you are not authorized to disclose or manufacture.
Production, Delivery and Acceptance
Production starts only after the required commercial and engineering confirmations are complete. Lead times are estimates unless expressly stated as binding in the confirmed order documents.
Acceptance should be based on confirmed drawings, specifications, samples, test methods, industry standards and written quality requirements. If a delivered item appears inconsistent with confirmed requirements, customers should notify ULIKE promptly with evidence and allow reasonable review.
- Material availability, customs, holidays, logistics and engineering changes may affect delivery.
- Risk transfer, shipping cost, duties and insurance should be confirmed in the order terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ULIKE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed inquiry response, customer file errors, third-party logistics, material market changes or unconfirmed project assumptions.
Any project-specific liability, remedy, warranty or service credit should be determined by the confirmed written agreement for that project.
Governing Law and Contact
These website terms are intended to be read together with project quotations, purchase orders, contracts and confidentiality agreements. If a signed project contract conflicts with these website terms, the signed project contract will control for that project.
For business questions, contract review or project-specific terms, contact ULIKE by email or the inquiry form.
